REPRAY....properly implies.....rearranging the word 'repray'......and the answer is...
PRAYER..........and by praying your wishes can be granted !!!


PSYCHOLOGIC CROSSWORD CLUING ....

The last of money earns desires !....(6 letters)

....the 'last' of money is the letter 'y' and earns with a 'y' is YEARNS.......and the literal meaning of 'desires'...... is yearns !!!
